La LLajwa!

Bolivians enjoy their way of preparing food and the taste of it. However if they ever wanted to spice things up a little bit they simply add a dash of “la llajwa,” this spicy sauce is a culinary ancient tradition of Bolivia. It originated in cochobamba and can be found in nearly every household in Bolivia, it is a spicy sauce made from hot red rocoto chili peppers and tomatoes(llajwa.com). Llajwa is produced and manufactured. However some Bolivians do prefer to make this tasty sauce themselves.
